    Queda mucho camino por hacer. Las empresas son conservadoras y les cuesta cambiar de estrategia. Dar más protagonismo a sus empleados, les parece que es como ponerlos en un escaparate y que les roben el talento. Supongo que lentamente cambiaran de forma de pensar y no sólo permitirán sino que incluso fomentaran la marca personal de sus empleados.
