Retomando la jornada sobre Personal Branding del pasado 22 de abril en Madrid, destaco el titular de una frase que me llamó la atención: distinguirnos o extinguirnos. Era la moraleja final de la charlacrear madera de líder” of the Juan Manuel Casado, presidente de Casado Consulting.

Distinguishing ourselves or extinguishing us. I can't agree more. Nadie que trate de pasar desapercibido por el mundo laborar puede sobrevivir. Necesitamos distinguirnos. La creatividad es una herramienta fundamental para hacerlo, pero además necesitamos tener una visión clara de hacia dónde podemos llegar y trazarnos nuestro propio plan de marketing. ¿Un plan de marketing de uno mismo? Y porqué no. Not long ago, un consultor y buen amigo, Jordi Rigual, lanzaba la idea de crear un plan de marketing para Catalunya¿y por qué no?.

Si no hacemos algo, lo hacemos pronto, y lo hacemos de la manera más creativa posible, nos iremos extinguiendo.

  1. Interesante idea la del plan de marketing de uno mismo. Nunca pensamos esas cosas. Todo el tiempo dedicado a las marcas, companies. Nunca nos ocupamos de nosotros.
