Want to be a star? Or would you rather be kite?

This morning I attended a very special anniversary ceremony. The soul of a friend who had fulfilled today 50, and he did not come by very little. The officiating pastor's sermon called my attention by a metaphor that I found brilliant: He commented that, We are looking to the sky on a summer night, We observe stars and comets. That throughout our life we ​​will find two types of people, the stars, Glittering regularly, They warm and remain, and comets, maybe we bewitch but flit momentarily and disappear without leaving a mark inspiring.

Star brand: is a person who shines, but also it enlightens others, it is always there when needed, It gives heat when necessary and can also provide shade. The flagship brand is consistent, He does not give up, his stubbornness makes sooner or later, others are set on it. Maybe his career is not as spectacular and fast like a comet, but the important thing is that the star, It has been a while since it has been turned off, his memory and his light is still among us with full force. Comet brand: is a person who has appeared suddenly, spectacular, noticeable. But their presence weakens over time, No brand consistency, It is something vane. It is fleeting, and finally it leaves unpleasantness.

I clearly Cris, my fifty is friend, is a star. inspires us, We have made us better than we were, It made us appreciate the little things that when put together give meaning to our existence on our little planet.

This world is cruel, surely there will still be wars, hungry, corruption and misery. But our hope is that every day there are more stars around us. Stars like you, Cris.
